What can you expect?
For one night only on 29th October, FooDiva is hosting a #FourChefsDinner experience celebrating modern Iberian, aka Portuguese-Spanish cuisine. Four chefs unite in one licensed restaurant, cooking multiple dishes across four courses.
Our host venue is Tagomago Restaurant on Palm Jumeirahâs eastern shoreline with a magical, al fresco setting.
The evening kicks off with Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne and canapés, pintxo-style, followed by a three-course dinner with multiple sharing dishes.
Each of the following chefs serve a different course:
All courses are paired with Portuguese and Spanish fine wines, as well as Champagne from MMI. Wine Academy Trainer Melina Aguirre Jaén, who hails from Spanish-speaking Panama, presents the pairing.
The evening starts promptly at 6.30pm on 29th October 2024 and ends at approximately 10pm.
A complimentary cocktail nightcap will be offered to a backdrop of Spanish flamenco music.
