Hopefully Substack will not delete your page for supporting Palestinian businesses. I also hope Michelin doesn't strip Bait Maryam of her Bib Gourmand for showing support to her country.
That's a risk I am willing to take. Let's hope Substack does not go down the route of Meta (IG & FB) with shadow banning censorship. And as for your second point, if Michelin does, then they will lose all credibility.
